Driving directions from Sangster International Airport: Take the main road east towards Ocho Rios. Once in Ocho Rios, take the first left turn onto Turtle Beach Rd. Hotel is on the right.

Getting there: Private shuttle services such as Tropical Tours, provide airport transfer to the hotel for $40 USD per person round trip. Otherwise, taxis and rental cars are both more than $36 USD. Fees subject to change without notice. Rental cars are available online.

Boscobel Aerodrome (OCJ): Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 9 miles (14 km.)

Driving directions from Boscobel Aerodrome: Turn east on the main road out of the airport and follow it to Ocho Rios. Turn left onto Turtle Beach Rd. Hotel is on the right.

Getting there: The easiest way is by taxi, with fares in the $16–25 range.

Getting around: This resort is located in the midst of plenty of markets, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots, so walking is the best way around. Taxis and minivans can be flagged down or called, but only those with red Public Passenger Vehicle (PPV) plates should be used. Rental cars are not recommended for those unaccustomed to driving in fast traffic on the left side of the road.

Fisherman’s Point offers a multitude of water sports. There’s a pool (and a wading pool) on the property, but guests may wish to head to the beach to try kayaking, snorkeling, water skiing, wind-surfing, sailing, scuba diving, parasailing, or fishing. All these activities can be arranged along Turtle Beach for a cost. For a nominal fee, Fisherman’s Point guests have access to two tennis courts within walking distance. In addition, two 18-hole golf courses are less than 30 minutes away. For those seeking a more rugged adventure, Dunn's River Falls, one of Jamaica's most spectacular attractions, is just a few miles from the resort. A climb to the top of the falls is an unforgettable experience.
